Why not treat your self to a Swedish *Fika Paus  (*a coffee with cake or sandwich) at Fridolfs Konditori – Ystad, like Kurt Wallander? A fika with Pickled Herring & Egg or try the “Blue Princess Police Cake” *Swedish; Prinsess Bakelse/Tårta*, normally light green with a pink rose.  Plus the local paper Ystad Allehanda, of course.
